TINAG is interested in bringing together  people from all sorts of fields, including:
• Designers, architects, public servants, developers, policy and regeneration managers
• Writers –  journalists, academics, poets, novelists, editors of fanzines
• Researchers –  urban think tanks,  human rights and social justice organisations
• Artists –  filmmakers, musicians, photographers, play-writes
• Politicians with inner city constituents

There are only three criteria for participants:
* That their practice has the city as their point reference
* That they live and/or work in Europe
* And lastly, that they are at the point of emerging into their fields
